Built to Last
Brewer Built specializes in building custom homes, barndominiums, shops, and other agricultural buildings. We enjoy working with our clients to take their ideas/dreams and turn them into reality. Our buildings are built to last, you will often hear Charlie say, “I build 100-year-old structures”. So if you are looking for a quality build with attention to every detail, give us a call.

The West Fork Lodge is Charlie’s first completed project in Montana, but Charlie’s experience in building is vast. He’s created everything from golf course communities to ultra-contemporary homes, barndominiums, livestock barns, custom-built homes, and more. Read the article for an in-depth look at the process behind the project.
The Hancocks are very pleased with Charlie’s professionalism, saying, “Charlie was amazing. He is so down-to-earth and family-oriented, so he understood what we were trying to accomplish with this very large home.” Charlie brought the couple’s ideas to life with very little explanation, and he was incredibly flexible the few times they needed something changed.
Meet Charlie + Kole Brewer
Brewer Built is a family owned business. We’ve been building homes and other structures for over 30 years. Charlie started building with his father-in-law in Oregon in 1991.
In 2019 Charlie moved his family from Oregon to Billings, MT to be closer to his grown kids and grandkids. When he moved he started working for Roger Schaad at Montana Made Projects. Tragically, Roger passed away in 2020. And in 2021 Charlie and Jenay bought the business from Roger’s wife Connie. After buying the business it was renamed “Brewer Built”.
Kole Brewer, Charlie’s oldest son, has worked off and on for Charlie through his late teens and early twenties. After completing college Kole decided to join Charlie’s crew once again to help build homes and build the business into a company people know and trust. Together Brewer Built is built better.
On every building, Charlie writes Hebrews 3:4 “For every house is built by someone, but the builder of all things is God.”
